Kerala Minister for Urban affairs and welfare of Minorities Manjalamkuzhi Ali inaugurated the Coaching Sub Centre for Muslim Youth under Minority Welfare Department here in Ma’din Academy, Swalath Nagar. The coaching centre will provide classes and guideline for those who prepare for various competitive examinations including IAS.
The government started such centres aiming at the upliftment of those who stay backward in education and employment fields. Instead of lamenting over being backward, we ought to strive hard to reach the heights. The educational institutes such as Ma’din Academy has always been at forefront in solving the backwardness of the district in educational field and various educational and voluntary activities of the academy in this regard is by all means commendable, said the minister.
Ma’din chairman Sayyid Ibrahimul Khaleelul Bukhari received from the minister the ISO certification for excellence at various levels.
The programme was presided over by Ma’din chairman Sayyid Ibrahimul Khaleelul Bukhari. Sayyid Zainul Abideen Thangal Malaysia led the opening prayer. P. Ubaidulla MLA, district panchayath vice-president P.K.Kunju, Malappuram Minicipal chairman K.P. Musthafa, Prof. A.K. Abdul Hameed, Hyka Hyder Haji, Basheer Padiyath, Veekshanam Muhammed, AP Abdul Kareem Haji Chaliyam, Appolo Moosa Haji, Kuttoor Abdurahman Haji, Abdul Jaleel Saquafi, Musthafa Baqavi Thennala, Abdunnasar Haji and VM Koya Master spoke.
