India’s relations with neighbour countries as well as other nations are hot topics of Civil Services exam. Ma’din Academy Civil Services Forum organizes a public lecture on India’s Foreign Policy for Civil Service candidates and other interested scholars. Former Ambassador of India KP Fabian will deliver the speech on 29 January, from 10am to 01pm, in Ma’din Technorium Campus, Melmuri, Malappuram.
KP Fabian hails from Kochin, Kerala, joined IFS in 1964. He Served in Madagascar, Australia and Iran (during Revolution), Srilanka, Canada before going to Finland as ambassador. He was the focal point of India’s mass evacuation by air from Kuwait when Iraq occupied Kuwait in 1990. Next positing was in Qatar, then Italy. He also had served as Permanent Representative to UN.
