Swalath Nagar, Malappuram: Kerala Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala will inaugurate Ma’din Lingua Magia programme organised in connection with the International Mother Language Day celebration on Sunday 23 February at 2.30 pm here in Ma’din Academy, Malappuram. The programme will host discussions introducing ten international languages.
Ma’din’s project of spreading messages of friendship, fraternity and brotherhood launched as part of UN Interfaith Harmony Week will also be accelerated in the programme. The project aims at delivering the messages of friendship, fraternity, brotherhood and mutuality to about one lakh families through the staff and students of Ma’din Academy as well as through various social organisations.
Ma’din chairman Sayyid Ibrahimul Khaleelul Bukhari will preside over the programme. P.Ubaidulla M.L.A will be the chief guest. The brotherhood message speech will be delivered by Dr.K.K.N.Kurup. Dr. J.V.D. Murthy (Head of German Studies, Osmania University), Dr.NagendraSreenivas (Dept. Of Russian Studies, University of Calicut), MuhammedNiyas (French language expert, Kerala Institute of Tourism), A.P Kunhamu (Spanish), Muhammed Saheer (Institute of Turkish), Prof.Muhammed Alungal (Head of Department of English, E.M.E.A Kondotty), Muhammed Musthafa Kodur (Urdu), Muhammed Shakir Misbahi Jarkhand (Arabic), Faizan Ahmed (Persian) will speak representing their respective language. SSF state president Abdul JaleelSaquafi, Ibrahim Baqavi, OP Abdussamad Saquafi and Dr.Hamid Hussain will also grace the occasion.
