Ma’din Gate For Civil Services (MAGICS) is a coaching centre by Ma’din Academy. It helps students prepare for various civil services examination. MAGICS stands for the realisation of Ma’din Academy's slogan, Ma’din Makes Tomorrow, through value-based and quality education. Our vision is to create a group of morally educated and socially responsible bureaucrats. MAGICS organises different programs for making society aware of civil services and other competitive examinations.
2 Years Residential Batch
This project is envisioned as institutionalized structure for capacity addition and promotion of competency. The program opens every year for potential aspirants through a selection process.
Students with good score in 10th level exam are invited to apply for 2 years residential batch. Morally designed hostel atmosphere, well planned Civil Service foundation, comprehensive assessment system, social service Internships and Central University Common Entrance Test (CU-CET) coaching for pursuing degree course are part of the curriculum.
It is a residential based focused learning program for aspirants who completed their degree and civil service coaching. MAGICS provides fully funded accommodation and reading facilities for aspiring candidates. Through competency-based strategy, aspirant can gain the requisite level of core capability to improve and develop critical thinking, which is crucial in cracking UPSC examination.
Civil Service Foundation
The platform brings together the resources essential for mentoring and training aspirants by nurturing young talents to realize their full potential and contribute to the development of the nation through interventions in competitive learning. Guidance classes will be conducted by experienced faculty in respective subjects. Improvement will be monitored through continuous assessment tests and individual attention. Formation of current reading habit and enhancing essay writing capacity are part of the project.
Prelims cum Mains Batch
This project is aimed at promoting engaged learning for IAS examination to increase success, build aptitude, and utilize innate potential to achieve the possible. The training is structured in sessions; consist of lecture covering vast syllabus of civil service examination and interactive discussion to provide insight into specific topics. In addition, there will be practice tests for continuous evaluation of the participants
